- What is the objective of this Activity?
This year is the 160th Anniversary of Queen's College. In order to promote health and family cohesion, one of Queen’s College’s 160th Anniversary events – 2022 ‘Walk with You’ 1.60 km Fund-raising Challenge will be held.
- How will the funds be used?
The objective of the ‘Walk with You’ activity is to raise funds for the events of the 160th Anniversary of Queen’s College and the QCPTA Scholarship.

- Can I join the Activity if I am not an alumnus or a teacher or a parent or a student of Queen's College?
Yes, you can join the Activity, please join together with an alumnus or a teacher or a parent or a student of Queen’s College.
- I am a current student of Queen's College. Can I register the Activity together with my classmates?
Yes, you can join the "Open Section" of the Activity.
- What is the maximum number of groups I can join?
You can join any number of groups. A participant can join more than one section, and his/her registrations will be handled separately. The registration fee in the form of a donation is charged per registration of each participant.
- If I join two groups, should I walk twice?
The participant should walk together with his/her teammates. Every route should be at least 1.60 km. The participant can consider walking together with the relevant teammates and is advised comply with the epidemic prevention measures and maintain social distancing.
- Can a person join more than one team?
Yes, the participant should walk together his/her teammates. Every route should be at least 1.60 km.

- Can I just make a donation without joining the Activity?
Yes, we welcome donations in the form of money or prizes. If you wish to donate a prize, please send an email to [email protected], a member of the QCPTA will contact you.
- How much is the registration fee?
Alumni, Teachers and Parents: HK$160 per participant
Students: HK$80 per participant
Parent-Child Section and Open Section: The total sum of the minimum amount applicable to each participant. The registration fee for participants unaffiliated with the school is HK$160.
Note: affiliated persons are alumni, teachers, current parents and students of QC. Participants who are not belong to the aforesaid categories are unafiliated persons, such as relatives and friends and students of other schools
A participant can join more than one section, and his/her registration will be handled separately. The registration fee in the form of a donation is charged per registration of each participant.
Participants are welcome to settle more than the registration fee (minimum amount of donation). Please deposit the registration fee/donation into the QCPTA's bank account, and upload the bank-in slip when submitting the application form.
- Can I start the walk first and then do the registration?
A participant is requested to complete the registration first and complete the walk during the designated period.

- How long is the route of 1.60 km?
1.60 km is equal to 1,600 m, which is equal to four laps around a standard 400-meter running track or the distance of a walk from Queen's College to Choi Sai Woo Park via Tin Hau Temple Road and Cloud View Road.
- Which App should I use to record my walk?
Any app which can clearly show the date, distance, duration and route. If you are unsure which app to use, the following suggested Apps can be considered:

- How do I take the screenshot of the walk record?
Just use the screenshot function on your phone. Please see the sample on the “Upload Record”page
- Any specific requirements for the photos?
The photo should meet the requirements as set in the “Rules and Regulations". It is encouraged to match the photo with the theme of this event and include elements related to the 160th Anniversary of Queen's College.
- Why are treadmill records not accepted?
One of the objectives of the Activity is to encourage the participants to enjoy nature, and the treadmill cannot meet this objective.
