「元宵湯圓慶團圓」工作坊 Lantern Festival "Reunion with Tangyuan" Workshop (2025年2月7日)
由國家安全教育組與家長教師會合辦的「心繫家國3.0」中華飲食文化活動——「元宵湯圓慶團圓」工作坊於2025年2月7日午膳時間舉行。當天老師、學生及家長一同學習製作熊貓湯圓、即場品嚐美味的湯圓及猜燈謎，從中認識元宵節豐富的文化內涵，接觸博大精深的中華飲食文化，推動學生實踐「孝親」及「家和鄰睦」等價值觀。
“Love Our Home, Treasure Our Country 3.0" Lantern Festival Workshop, themed "Reunion with Tangyuan," took place during lunch on February 7, 2025, co-organized by the National Security Education Group and the Parents -Teachers’ Association. On that day, teachers, students, and parents came together to learn the art of crafting panda-shaped tangyuan, savor delicious tangyuan, and solve lantern riddles.
This enriching experience allowed participants to gain an understanding of the rich cultural connotations of the Lantern Festival, promoting Chinese culinary culture and fostering a culture of confidence. The event also cultivated students’ primary values of “filial piety” and “unity”.
